Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options to meet different budget and timeline needs:
Sea Freight (Recommended for bulk orders)
- FCL (Full Container Load): Most cost-effective for large orders. Typical transit time: 15–35 days depending on destination.
- LCL (Less than Container Load): Ideal for orders that do not fill a full container. Slightly higher per-unit cost but more flexible.
Air Freight
For urgent orders or high-value lightweight products. Transit time: 5–10 days. More expensive than sea freight but much faster.
International Express
For samples and small packages. DHL, FedEx, UPS available. Transit time: 3–7 days. Door-to-door delivery.

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order quantity and factory capacity. We confirm exact timelines with your quote.
Packaging
Standard packaging includes individual polybags and master cartons. Custom packaging (retail boxes, custom labels, eco-friendly packaging) is available upon request.
Export Documentation
We handle all necessary export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Customs Declaration
Returns & Refunds
Because we deal with custom and made-to-order products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Quality issues: If products do not meet agreed specifications, we will replace, refund, or credit the affected items.
- Shipping damage: If goods are damaged in transit, we will assist with insurance claims and arrange replacements.
- Wrong products: If the wrong items are shipped due to our error, we will replace them at our cost.
All quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods, with photos and descriptions of the issue.
Insurance
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders. We can arrange insurance coverage on your behalf — typically 0.1–0.3% of the insured value.
